This is a risk assessment I filled out in accordance to the risks that were involved in the filming of our music video. We evaluated all of the risks involved and took action to minimise these risks in order to prevent injury to any persons or damage to any of the equipment. From the risks we evaluated, we discovered the derelict filming location was the highest risk as we were unsure about the structural rigidity of the buildings. We scouted out all of the buildings before entering them , once we had discovered they were safe enough to enter we made sure not to disturb anything to minimise any risks further.
